Complete Care Extended Warranty included all benefits of our standard 2 year manufacturing defect warranty plus coverage for lens scratches, accidental break, loss, and theft.

The length of warranty is unlimited as long as monthly payments are maintained or until the benefactor provides notice of cancelation. Notice can be sent to contact.greatglasses@gmail.com or in person at any Great Glasses location

Complete Care Extended Warranty is billed monthly at $9 per month.

There is zero ($0) dollar deductible on all eligible claims excluding loss. Loss replacement has a deductible of $70 per pair.

All lens replacements will be replaced with the same lenses as originally provided, inclusive of type of lens and prescription. Lens replacement coverage does not include changes to prescription.

All frame replacement will be replaced with the same frames as originally provided. In the event a frame is discontinued or unobtainable by Great Glasses, Great Glasses or an agent of may allow the benefactor to select a new frame for replacement. Frame selection will first be limited to frames which will fit the existing lenses (original model in a different colour, or other similarly shaped frames etc.) If new lenses are therefore required, no addition charged will be borne by the benefactor.

In the event of break or damage to a frame an attempt to repair the frame will be made prior to replacement. In the event of a spring-loaded hinge breaking beyond repair Great Glasses is authorized to replace the temple with a new one which fits, but may not perfectly match the original.

Claims of theft will be warrantied with a $0 deductible. All claims of theft must be supported with either a verifiable police file number or verifiable insurance claim identifier.

Claims of loss which cannot be verified under the Theft policy will be warrantied with a $70 deductible per pair.

You may make as many claims as required as long as your warranty is in good standing. Claims requiring replacement of frames and/or lenses are limited to one (1) occurrence every twelve (12) months. Additional claims will be subject to a $35 deductible for each set of lenses, and a $35 deducible for each frame within the claim.
