That means we’ll charge your health insurance provider directly, eliminating any paperwork or wait times for reimbursements.
How to use Direct Billing at Great Glasses
Step 1.
Once you’re ready for payment at our store, let us know if you have an insurance policy under the Pacific Blue Cross or any government ministries.
Step 2.
Provide our team member with your Care Card Number. We’ll also let you know how much vision care coverage you have.
Step 3.
Make your purchase and pay the difference between your coverage balance and the cost of your 3-for-1 package.
Not insured under the Pacific Blue Cross? No worries.
You can still claim your vision care expenses manually.
Manual Vision Care Claims
Any eyewear or sunglasses purchased at Great Glasses are eligible for reimbursement by all other insurance companies in Canada.
That means you’ll pay for your glasses and file a claim with your insurance provider.
How to submit your vision care claim manually
Simply request an itemized receipt from our team members after payment, attach the invoice to your claim and submit the claim to your insurance provider. It’s that simple.
